Our research on viruses focuses on mapping conformational dynamics, assembly-disassembly transitions, effects of perturbations on virions and virus-antibody interactions.
Our research focuses on mapping biomolecular interactions and allostery in nucleotide regulated and transmembrane signal transduction pathways.
We employ multiple biophysical techniques in order to probe protein structure and dynamics. These include Amide-Hydrogen Deuterium Exchange Mass Spectrometry (HDX-MS), native mass spectrometry (native-MS), and cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM).
